Completion of "Brokerage Principles & Practices" and "Legal Compliance" programs satisfies the mandatory portion of the education needed to sit for the broker pre-licensing exam. In addition, attendees will be awarded 6 elective CE credits (per program) for their CT real estate license renewal.
