Funds are not transferable under any circumstances.About Our Classes: There are specific rules that the CT Real Estate Commission requires us/you to follow to receive credit: - Have your driver's license available at the beginning of each class so your identity can be verified. - Please arrive or login to the class approximately 15 minutes early. - For live-virtual classes (Zoom): - Your audio/video must be work properly and on at all times during class - You must be present in the Zoom room for the entire session unless on a scheduled break - The CT RE Commission Regulators are invited so they can audit the class - Even though our live-virtual classes are not taking place in person, you are still in a classroom setting and need to treat it as such. If for any reason you are unable to participate for the entire course (i.e.: you need to drive somewhere, take a phone call, turn your camera off, etc.), you must "leave the meeting" and forfeit your CE credit/money paid for the class.
