DescriptionLocation Orientation is held monthly (2nd Tuesday) via Zoom / by invitation only. Your REALTOR membership only takes effect upon completion of all requirements and approval by our Board of Directors. Requirements for full membership are: • Attendance at our new member Orientation class within 60 days of membership. (This is separate from the SmartMLS class) • Completion of the new member Code of Ethics online within 60 days of membership. Click here to get started. • Completion of Fairhaven: A Fair Housing Simulation online within 60 days of membership. This simulation can be accessed here. Please forward a copy of your Certificate of Completion to me upon receipt. Failure to satisfy the requirements within 60 days of the date of application (or, alternatively, the date that provisional membership was granted), will result in denial of the membership application or termination of provisional membership.
